Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 26 August 2026

These terms govern your use of techsmk.com. By reading, linking to or otherwise using the site, you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site — that is the only consequence.

1. Who publishes this site

TechSMK is an independent website published by Sajid, based in Pakistan, contactable at techsmkofficial0@gmail.com. “We” and “us” below mean TechSMK; “you” means anyone using the site.

2. What this site is

TechSMK publishes guides, comparisons and explainers about AI tools. It is a publication, not a service provider, a reseller, or an agent for any tool mentioned. We have no commercial relationship with the companies we write about unless a page explicitly says otherwise.

3. Using our content

You may read, print and share our articles for your own personal or internal business use, and you may quote a short extract with clear attribution and a link back to the original article.

You may not, without written permission:

  • republish an article in whole or in substantial part, on any site, in any language, including a translated or AI-rewritten version;
  • scrape the site systematically, or use its content to train or fine-tune a machine learning model;
  • sell, licence or bundle our content into a product;
  • remove bylines, dates or attribution from anything you are permitted to reuse.

All text, original screenshots, graphics and layout on this site are our copyright unless credited to someone else. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification and commentary only, which does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

4. Content you submit

If you send us a comment, a correction, a pitch or an article, you confirm that it is your own work or that you have the right to send it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, edit and archive it on this site. You keep ownership of what you wrote.

We will not publish, and will remove, material that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, plagiarised, or posted purely to obtain a link. We may edit contributed material for accuracy, length and clarity, and we may decline anything without giving a reason.

5. Accuracy and how quickly things go stale

AI tools change constantly. Interfaces are redesigned, free tiers are cut, features are renamed and prices move — often within weeks of an article being published. We check what we publish, we date every article, and we correct what is reported to us, but we cannot promise that any guide is current at the moment you read it. Always confirm pricing, limits and terms with the vendor before you rely on them.

6. External links

We link to vendor documentation and other outside sites because it makes our articles verifiable. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

7. Advertising

This site is funded by display advertising served by Google AdSense. Ads are labelled or visually distinct from articles. Advertisers have no influence over what we write, and no payment can buy a mention, a link, or a place in a comparison. Any commercial arrangement that ever did affect content would be disclosed on the page itself. See our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy for more.

8. Availability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend, restructure or remove any part of it at any time, including deleting or redirecting articles, without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage — including lost data, lost profits, lost time, device damage or business interruption — arising from your use of this site or from acting on anything published here. You follow our guides at your own risk. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to access this site, which is nothing.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers, introduce malicious code, place automated load on it, or use it in a way that interferes with anyone else’s use. We may block access without notice where we believe this is happening.

11. Copyright complaints

If you believe something here infringes your copyright, email us with the URL, an identification of the work, and a statement of your rights in it. Verified claims are acted on promptly, usually by removing or rewriting the material.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date changes when we do, and continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the revised version.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute — without removing any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.

Sajid — founder and editor, TechSMK

I started TechSMK in May 2026 to write up the AI tools I actually use: what they do, where the free tiers stop, and how to get a specific job done in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Janitor AI and Sora. I am based in Pakistan and I edit every guide published here.
